The Property
What makes The Irlo even more appealing is our amenities and sense of community. We have a beautiful brand-new courtyard pool, large barbecue area with two gas barbecues and beautiful seating. We also have a new sports complex on the property with Pickle ball courts, basketball, soccer, a dog park, and a children’s park. As an added service for our guests, we have a convenient store in our lobby building, with cold beer and wine, as well as many convenient needs for the tenants. We are opening a new restaurant this summer in the lobby building with a large outdoor dining area adjacent to the pool and courtyard. We will start our Sunday Pool Parties this summer with live music, and fun for all ages.
